How progress is calculated
Progress = (current − start) ÷ (target − start), capped at 0 to 100%. If a value should go down (e.g. response time from 24 to 8 hours), the formula works the same way.

Is 70% a failure?
For ambitious OKRs, around 70% is often considered a good result. Agree on this in the team beforehand.
