AI assistants can now edit everything in a plan
Through the connection with Claude, ChatGPT & co. you can now also change start and end dates of tasks, assign tasks to a team member, move them to another phase or position, and reschedule up to 50 tasks at once. Your assistant shifts phases like in the timeline, including their tasks and, if you like, all following phases. Also new: the checklist, fulfilled compliance criteria, evidence as link or note, and deleting cost entries. 59 tools in total.

You can now connect PathHub to more than 20 AI assistants by signing in, no API key: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, Mistral Le Chat, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Cursor, VS Code and many more, including self-hosted company AI such as Open WebUI or LibreChat. Add the address app.pathhub.ai/mcp, sign in and pick a workspace and access level. Already on the Free plan with 200 calls per month, 2,000 from Pro. The server supports the new MCP version from July 2026.

PathHub for AI agents: MCP server and extended API
AI assistants such as Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor or VS Code can now operate PathHub directly: create plans, tick off tasks, maintain risks, budget with cost entries, milestones, stakeholders and compliance, or run AI agents. The REST API can now write as well. Your workspace permissions, quotas and webhooks apply; create the API key under Developers (Pro and up).

Below the input on the “plan without sign-up” page you now find twelve finished example plans as tiles, from CRM and ERP to NIS2, e-invoicing and cloud migration. One click opens the plan instantly, without waiting.

You can now sign up directly with your Google or Microsoft account, without a password. The “plan without sign-up” page has its own section for it. If you sign in to save a plan, you return straight to that plan afterwards, including when you use Google or Microsoft.

New among the free tools: stakeholder analysis with an influence-interest matrix. Record attitudes, read the strategy, and critical stakeholders with high influence are flagged; export as an image, Excel file and PDF, plus an Excel template. There are also two new functional specification examples (ERP, CRM) matching the requirements specification examples, each as a Word file. English functional specifications from the generator now always get an English title.

RACI matrix, Eisenhower matrix, Kanban board, SMART check, risk matrix, OKR tracker and AI maturity check now each have their own page and more features: export as an image, Excel file and PDF, copy as a table for Word and PowerPoint, share via link and automatic saving in the browser. New features include RACI templates with checks, WIP limits on the Kanban board, a 5×5 heat map with risk register, automatic OKR progress and a goal builder in the SMART check. Everything runs in the browser without sign-up.

The free RACI matrix generator now exports as an image (PNG), Excel file (CSV) and PDF, and pastes the matrix as a formatted table into Word, PowerPoint or Outlook. Your matrix stays saved in your browser. The SMART check on the SMART goals page works fully again, and all seven browser tools (RACI, Eisenhower, Kanban, SMART check, risk matrix, OKR tracker, AI maturity check) are now bundled on one overview page. On phones, the Kanban board now fits the screen width.

Obligation detection no longer depends on specific words: in addition to keywords, the AI maps your initiative to the matching initiative types, however you phrase it. If no type fits, the plan still gets the baseline check on data protection, co-determination and occupational safety. Certifications without a named standard (for example IFS Food or an upcoming certification audit) now get general obligations for the certification body and internal audit. Rules from the compliance library now flow into every plan automatically, based on your workspace country, industry and size.

Automatic obligation detection now also covers cloud migration, time recording, video surveillance and access control, outsourcing, ISO certifications (9001, 27001, 14001, 45001, 50001), trade fairs and events, e-invoicing, recruiting, mobile work, whistleblowing systems and new food products, each with lead times in the plan. The compliance library has a new food industry with hygiene and HACCP, FIC labelling, food supplements and novel food, plus rules on working time and time recording, transfer of undertakings, documentation of employment conditions and places of assembly. The NIS2 rule now includes the German implementation since December 2025.

PathHub recognises the kind of initiative, such as a software or AI rollout, office move, new build, website or online shop, restructuring, product launch or new machine, and plans the obligations it triggers with their lead times: for example the works council 6–12 weeks before go-live or the construction site notice at the latest two weeks before work starts. Statutory deadlines and guide values are marked; if the plan leaves too little lead time, a warning appears under risks. How long an obligation actually took for you feeds into future plans. Plus four new rules in the compliance library: GoBD and e-invoicing, dismissal protection and mass dismissals, workplace ordinance and industrial safety ordinance.

Every compliance item in a project now has a status, can be linked to the matching library rule (with criteria to tick off) and holds evidence: files, links or notes. One click creates the compliance evidence report as a PDF for audits, banks or management.

PathHub now records when tasks and phases are actually done, where costs deviate from plan and what gets delayed. When a project is completed, this turns into lessons. Both feed new plans, recommendations and the assistant automatically — visible and editable in the workspace under “Experience”.
