Summary: PathHub AI only uses a technically necessary session cookie for signing in to the app. We do not use any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies, so we don't ask for consent. The short notice on your first visit is for information only; that you closed it is noted in your browser's local storage (pathhub:cookie-notice).

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under Section 25(2) No. 2 of the German TDDDG; processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). We do not set any cookies that require consent.

We do not set any functional cookies on the website. A cookie previously used for cookie preferences (cookie_consent_v2) is no longer needed and is deleted automatically on your next visit. In the app, the NEXT_LOCALE cookie stores the language you selected.
We currently do not use any analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo, or similar services). Should this change in the future, we will update this page and ask for your consent beforehand.
PathHub AI does not set any third-party cookies. We do not use any external tracking services, social media plugins, or advertising networks.
We serve the "Inter" typeface from our own server — loading our pages does not connect to Google or any other font provider.
During the payment process, you will be redirected to Stripe (payment service provider). Stripe may set its own cookies on the Stripe domain. Details can be found in Stripe's Privacy Policy.
The web app at app.pathhub.ai is based on Next.js and stores your user data (name, email, projects) server-side in a SQLite database on our Hetzner (EU data center, Germany) server in Germany -- not in cookies.
For session management, a single httpOnly cookie (session_token) is set, which contains a cryptographic reference to the server-side session entry. Your actual data (projects, workspace contexts, documents) are stored exclusively on the server. No localStorage or sessionStorage is used in the browser for personal data.
